Need help installing a home broadband box and configuring Wi-Fi
I'm looking for a reliable tech helper to install and set up a new broadband box at my home in the UK. The task includes connecting the modem, ensuring a stable Wi-Fi network, securing the connection with a strong password, updating firmware if needed, and confirming that all devices (laptops, phones, smart TVs) can connect smoothly. Preference for someone patient who can explain steps clearly and test speed. Access to the room is easy, and I can provide the box, router, and any necessary cables. Please mention your experience with common UK providers and any additional services you offer, like parental controls or guest networks.
