OEM Area Sales Manager
- Circa £55,000 basic + £5,000 bonus

National role with a Midlands/Central England focus The Role – OEM Area Sales Manager: * Inheriting a portfolio of 30 OEM accounts from an internal promotion, with a structured handover and joint visits * Managing and developing long-term relationships to increase spend and account penetration * Identifying and winning new OEM customers across the sector * Providing both standard and bespoke design-led solutions for valves, controls and components * Working closely with technical teams and product managers to support the design and specification of systems including boilers, heat pumps, taps, showers and underfloor heating * A highly consultative role with real input into product development and customer solutions The Successful Applicant – OEM Area Sales Manager: * Strong technical understanding of heating systems and associated components * Experience selling into OEMs or working in a technical sales role within a manufacturer * Commercially aware with the ability to manage and grow key accounts * Confident communicating with technical and commercial stakeholders at all levels Our Client: * A leading UK manufacturer of plumbing, heating and bathroom control products * Offering one of the most diverse water control ranges in the market * Well-established, financially stable and continuing to grow * Known for developing innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with market trends Apply Now
