PSR Solutions are proud to be exclusively partnering with a highly respected, long-established care provider to recruit a Business Development Manager for their specialist Mental Health division.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or experienced Mental Health Manager who is looking to take their career in a new direction, moving into a commercially focused role centred on relationship management, partnership development, and service growth.

Working for an organisation with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Mental Health care, you will play a key role in developing strategic relationships with NHS commissioners, ICBs, Local Authorities, case managers, and other referral partners to drive occupancy and support continued growth.

We are particularly interested in speaking with:

• Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) seeking a move into Business Development
• Experienced Mental Health Service Managers looking for a fresh challenge
• Professionals with strong sector knowledge and established stakeholder relationships
• Individuals who enjoy networking, influencing, and building long-term partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships across referral and commissioning networks
• Drive referrals and occupancy across Mental Health services
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to support growth objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
