About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to play a key role in delivering clear, strategic communication across Sense. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week with 2-3 days from our Selly Oak office.

  • Managing complex or sensitive communications with professionalism and care.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in internal communications, including supporting organisational change or transformation.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective communication plans.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, with experience advising and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience working in large, complex or multi-site organisations.
  • Understanding of change communications and employee engagement principles.
  • Strong digital skills (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).
  • A good understanding of inclusive and accessible communication practices.

Experience in a charity, health or social care setting would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
