Energy Projects Associate/Senior Associate (5+PQE)
Remote Working (minimal office attendance will be required - 1 day a month)

The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering major projects, including:
- Supporting procurement and delivery of large-scale energy and infrastructure schemes.
- Negotiating and structuring commercial agreements.
- Acting as a key contact for clients across both public and private sectors.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovative solutions.
The work spans areas such as renewables, heat networks, EV infrastructure, waste projects, hydrogen, carbon capture and net zero initiatives .
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ PQE Solicitor with experience in commercial, projects or construction law.
- Private practice or In-House experience.
- Exposure to PFI/PPP or complex contractual arrangements.
- Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
- Confidence managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers.
- Interest in developing within the energy and sustainability sector.
