Support the Legal Experts - Admin Role with Growth Potential
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity within the legal sector? We are currently recruiting for a fantastic administration role based in a corporate legal environment. This position is ideal for someone who may not wish to pursue a legal career directly but still wants to play a vital role within the legal field - with excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
Based in Birmingham, this fast-paced role will see you supporting a legal team by managing a variety of essential administrative tasks. You will need to be highly organised with strong attention to detail, as you’ll be working with important legal documentation that could be critical to the barristers and solicitors handling cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Handling and processing legal documents with accuracy and care
- Compiling and preparing bundles for court proceedings
- Accurately managing paperwork generated by legal professionals, ensuring it is correctly archived and easy to retrieve
- Updating legal staff via the CRM system and chasing for required documentation
- Answering and transferring incoming calls to the relevant people or departments
- Supporting internal and external events as needed

- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
- Experience in a legal setting preferable
- A team player with a "muck-in" attitude and a willingness to support where needed
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
