Need help cleaning and optimizing my computer in the UK
I'm looking for a friendly technician to help clean up my computer and improve performance. It’s a mid‑range Windows PC that’s been slowing down, with several programs auto-starting and some unnecessary files piling up. I’d like a thorough cleanup, including removing junk files, optimizing startup programs, updating software, running a malware scan, and performing a few basic maintenance tasks. Please explain any recommendations in plain language and confirm any changes before applying them. Availability needed on weekdays, and I’d prefer someone who can bring their own tools if needed. Remote guidance is okay if on-site isn’t possible.
