Schools in Birmingham and GSL Education are seeking dedicated Secondary Teachers to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.

As a Secondary Teacher , you will support students in developing subject knowledge, key skills, and academic confidence. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where learners are motivated to achieve their best.

Core Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons.
* Support students' academic progress and achievement.
* Assess and monitor student performance regularly.
* Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
* Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom control.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Good communication and organisational abilities.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
