Role Purpose

The Outbound Sales Agent plays a key role in converting warm leads into booked consultations and treatments, acting as a trusted advisor for patients throughout their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with inbound patient leads via phone and digital channels
• Build rapport and clearly communicate treatment options
• Address patient inquiries and guide decision-making processes
• Schedule consultations and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Achieve individual and team conversion targets

Requirements: Skills & Competencies

Education

• Not mandatory; relevant training in sales, customer service, or healthcare is valued

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination roles

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
