Role Purpose
The Outbound Sales Agent plays a key role in converting warm leads into booked consultations and treatments, acting as a trusted advisor for patients throughout their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound patient leads via phone and digital channels
- Build rapport and clearly communicate treatment options
- Address patient inquiries and guide decision-making processes
- Schedule consultations and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Achieve individual and team conversion targets
Requirements: Skills & Competencies
Education
- Not mandatory; relevant training in sales, customer service, or healthcare is valued
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination roles
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Confident phone presence and active listening skills
- CRM management experience
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
