DT Teacher - Independent School - Birmingham
Are you a motivated and talented Design & Technology Teacher looking to teach in a prestigious Independent School? A leading Independent School in Birmingham is recruiting a DT Teacher to join their established DT faculty from January 2026 .
About the Role:
A full-time teaching role delivering DT at KS3–KS4, contributing to KS5 depending on experience. You will lead practical lessons, support student design projects, maintain workshop safety and contribute to departmental development.

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a DT/Engineering degree
• Holds QTS/PGCE
• Teaches DT confidently and creatively
• Is practical, innovative and well-organised
• Works effectively in a collaborative DT team
