Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant, Global Investment Firm
- Arranging all calendar invites, ensuring invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars
- Updating the internal scheduling system
- Managing last minute changes
- Suggesting flights, booking hotels, transfers, catering and arranging visas
- Preparation of investor profiles and printing presentations
- Expenses
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - ability to multi-task, follow up and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to be part of a team
- An independent thinker
- Calm under pressure, especially in a busy environment
