Maintenance Plumber

I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Multi Trade Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or Maintenance Operative.

As a Plumber, you will be:
• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs including toilets, taps, sinks, and pipework
• Diagnosing and resolving minor plumbing faults
• Completing planned plumbing maintenance works
• Undertaking basic maintenance tasks where required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Reporting any additional repair requirements to the maintenance team

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous experience working as a Plumber or Maintenance Operative
• Experience carrying out reactive plumbing repairs
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• An Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable transport to travel to and from site
• NVQ 2 in Plumbing and heating
