8:30am - 16:30pm Monday-Friday

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experiance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting depot leadership through the delivery of high ‑ quality administrative and operational support. Acting as a key point of expertise , you will ensure best ‑ practice processes, data accuracy, and compliance, while proactively improving ways of working and supporting people-related activities across the depot. This is a hands ‑ on senior role with real influence, requiring strong judgement, discretion, and the confidence to operate in a fast ‑ paced, regulated environment.

The heart of the role

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end administrative support for the depot

• Own theaccuracy,integrity, andconfidentialityofemployeerecords,ensuringfullcompliancewithdataprotection,employmentlegislation, and internal SOPs.

• Actasaseniorpointofcontactforinternal and externalstakeholders,deliveringa professional, solutions-focusedservice andmanagingcompetingprioritieseffectively.

• Drivecontinuousimprovementbyreviewingadministrativeprocesses,identifyinginefficiencies, andimplementingenhancedsystems andwaysofworking.

• Support operational andcross-functionalprojects,contributinginsight,coordination, andgovernancetoensuresuccessfuldeliveryalignedwithbusinessobjectives.
